• Wed, 11:25: Got the results of my August sleep study today. NO SIGNS OF APNEA WHATSOEVER. Only thing that stood out: moderate leg motion.
• Wed, 11:26: Conclusion: my crazy time-zone-shifting work schedule, plus stress, probably keeps me from getting sufficient hours of restful sleep.
• Wed, 11:26: Got prescriptions for Ambien and Provigil to use infrequently when the need is really there. Don't plan to use them often.

• Wed, 11:29: I am taking a sick day today and probably tomorrow. The Cold From Hell is back with a vengeance and I need rest and liquids.
