I'm sorry the local constabulary has different ideas than I would about what would make a good birthday gift.

be so kind to me is going to do it tomorrow :-)

(Tho' I have to admit to a certain amount of curiosity
of why the constabulary would have to be involved....)

Weren't you going be arrested and hauled away in irons to durance vile? All because of that weird driver's license issue? I thought that made for a really rotten birthday present.

I haven't gotten a court date yet, and I still haven't spoken to a lawyer - I am absolutely certain that all the ambulance chacers who got my name/address from the court will insist that, contrary to the experience of everyone else on the planet, "yes, I do need a lawyer because they will throw me in jail." I am thinking, however, of standing up before the judge & saying "not guilty" - & then going on to "no probable cause"!!
