$18.85 at the factory store for fifty pounds. Smaller three-pound bags, 1/17 the amount, cost $5.25. We decided to go for broke and freeze almost all of it until we need it. Par-tay!
The stuff makes the best chewy, high-rising pizza crust we've ever had. Well worth the 90-minute trip to Norwich, Vermont to buy the big sack.
