Ask me seven questions. Not just any seven questions though. No, to keep it interesting, use the seven questions as per below - just copy and paste the following, replace the blanks with something you want to know/ask (e.g. 3. Donkeys or sandcastles and why?), anything you want, personal, silly, surreal or deep, comment away and I'll answer honestly as I can! Then post this in your own LJ and see what kind of things people want to ask you!
1. What do you think of _____________ ?
2. When did you last ____________?
3. __________ or ___________ and why?
4. What did you ______________?
5. What's your favorite ______________?
6. How would you ______________?
7. Who would you most like to ________ ?

Date: 2008-05-01 08:04 pm (UTC)2) Last year, when we went to Six Flags La Ronde in Montreal. Nice place, as far as smaller amusement parks go. Carole got a bit queasy and didn't want to do any more rides after midafternoon, regrettably, but at least we'd paid for the FlashPass so we'd already gotten in quite a few rides by that point.
3) I don't actually much like the taste of coffee, but I like the waking-me-up bit. I much prefer a big pitcher of cold iced tea or a pot of hot tea, whichever is appropriate for the season. Part of it's the taste and part of it's the cultural gestalt of tea as Southern cultural icon.
4) A calendar of kitty cats doing cute stuff, and lots of mini appliances for all sorts of weird cooking needs. Our kitchen is, however, TOO SMALL. Sigh.
5) Repo Man. Greatest motion picture of all time. Seriously.
6) It's hard to do something really surprising on someone's birthday unless they have no reason to suspect that you in particular would even be observing it. Hiring a brass band to play the Happy Birthday song outside someone's office window would be MUCH more fun if you were the last person they'd expect to arrange it. My wife, on the other hand, wouldn't be fazed by anything I did on her birthday so I try to save up surprises for other days of the year, i.e., when she's not expecting anything.
7) Tough question. I'd really like to be friends with a certain ex-girlfriend of mine again, but that's probably not what you're asking. As far as celebrities, stars, and famous people, I'm sure that most of them would politely nod, stare vacantly off into space, and wait for me to get done saying how much I respect their work, assuming they didn't have their handlers escort me away. :) I think it'd probably be someone who'd done something amazingly awesomely cool, like, oh, Col. Joe Kittinger. I'd be interested in asking him what it'd been like to do the amazingly awesomely cool thing.
