Camp Mail

As I've mentioned before, y'all can send letters to us at the 3-Day camp during the upcoming Washington, DC Breast Cancer 3-Day (October 3, 4, and 5). The deadline to send me letters, junk mail, coupons for free sessions at therapy, or tickets to an upcoming Liz Phair concert is September 23. Stuff postmarked after that is not guaranteed to make it to me at the walk.

To quote the 3-Day website:

"Write a letter expressing your love and support to your walker, which we’ll deliver to them on the event at the 3-Day Camp Post Office. (Envelopes only, please. No boxes or large packages. Mail must be postmarked no later than September 23rd in order to ensure delivery at the 3-Day Camp Post Office. Any mail that is not retrieved by the walker by November 1st will be destroyed.)

Okay, so "love and support" might be a bit strong given my often-disagreeable personality, but for what it's worth, after walking twenty miles it'd be awfully nice to go to the little camp post office and find a letter or two.
