It is much harder to drag my lazy carcass down to the hotel gym this week. I assume it's because I'm on the west coast -- Woodland Hills, California, to be precise -- and my internal clock says I should be winding down for bed, not going downstairs to burn 1000 calories on the Precor treadmill.

Sigh.

I used to bounce from time zone to time zone with nary a quiver. Now it's harder. I blame Jello Biafra.
